Carrie Hall is a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth and multigenerational families, providing highly customized guidance across estate planning, business succession, wealth management, and advanced life insurance strategies. For nearly four decades, Carrie has worked with families of significant complexity and scale, helping them preserve capital, manage risk, and thoughtfully transfer wealth and values across generations.
In 1988, Carrie founded her independent advisory practice, which serves as the cornerstone of her practice and allows her to deliver objective, client-centered advice while coordinating seamlessly with family offices, attorneys, accountants, trustees, and other professional advisors. Her work often involves closely held businesses, multigenerational governance considerations, liquidity and estate tax planning, and sophisticated insurance structures.
Carrie began her career in financial, business, and estate planning in 1985 and has been affiliated with New York Life as an agent since 1988. She is a Nautilus Plus Member of The Nautilus Group®, an elite advanced planning resource focused on estate conservation, legacy planning, and business continuation strategies. Membership is limited to 30 of New York Life’s more than 12,000 agents. Carrie previously served a four-year term on The Nautilus Group® Board of Directors beginning in 2018.
In addition to her insurance expertise, Carrie is an Investment Adviser Representative with Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser, and a Registered Representative with NYLIFE Securities LLC. This integrated platform enables her to align wealth management, insurance, and advanced planning strategies within the broader framework of a family office or advisory team.
Carrie is a lifetime qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)* and has earned New York Life’s Chairman’s Cabinet, Chairman’s Council, and Life Council^ distinctions. In 2021, she was the top agent at New York Life and served as Council President.
Carrie earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in finance with an emphasis in accounting from Arizona State University. She holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designations from The American College.
She is actively involved in professional leadership and philanthropy, serving or having served on numerous operating and foundation boards, including Financial Security for All (FINSECA), Women’s Board of the Barrow Neurological Institute, and the Arizona Children’s Association. She is the President of the Advisory Board of Directors for New York Life and frequently speaks nationally on advanced planning topics for ultra-high-net-worth families.
Carrie is married to Brian, and they have two children, Max and Windsor.

Chad serves clients by developing integrated financial plans that focus on five key planning areas, PROTECTION, RETIREMENT, INVESTMENT, ESTATE and CHARITABLE GIVING. Utilizing a thorough process, he enjoys helping business owners navigate the unique planning needs of their ongoing business with an eye towards succession planning on the horizon. Trusted guidance and comprehensive solutions are cornerstones of his practice.
Chad is a graduate of the New York Life Advanced Planning Group’s Coaching Series, a client-centered planning process with the goal of helping successful clients crystallize their objectives and design suitable solutions. A key goal is to not just design plans, but to execute them with precision to help clients achieve their goals.
Prior to starting his career in financial services, Chad earned his Bachelor’s (BBA) Degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1993. He went onto become an Investment Advisor Representative with Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor, and a Registered Representative with New York Life Securities LLC. He holds his FINRA Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
He and his wife, Colleen, got married in 2005 and have two elementary school children, Ella and Jack. The Tuckers are enthusiastically involved in their children’s school and are active members at their church.
As the Director of New Accounts and Operations, Natalie facilitates and supports our new business and client engagement processes. She is a valued employee with more than 30 years of administrative experience in the life insurance industry, with a particular emphasis on managing the complex life insurance application process from start to finish. Natalie and her husband, Shawn, have two daughters and have lived in the Valley of the Sun for the past 35 years.

Carol Amaya is the Executive Assistant to Carrie Hall. With over 20 years of experience supporting and collaborating with senior-level executives, Carol brings a deep commitment to operational excellence and executive coordination. She plays a central role in managing complex scheduling, project planning, and administrative operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of the office.
Originally from Southern CA, Carol and her husband Manuel have made Arizona their home for the past 18 years. She values close family ties and enjoys spending time with family and friends.


As our Operations Manager for the practice, Jennifer provides invaluable support to our advisers. She is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she uses her organizational, technological and administrative skills to help our planning process, insurance, and marketing efforts. Jennifer and her husband Nick spend their time between Arizona and Toronto, Canada with their young son Benjamin.



As a Client Support Analyst, Lulu provides invaluable support to Carrie, our team, and our clients in the areas of process management, client communication, and client onboarding. Lulu brings a strong foundation in marketing, having earned her degree from the University of Arizona. Lulu loves going to the beach, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling!

As a Client Support Analyst, Francesca provides support to existing clients in the areas of communication, Brinker and Estate management. Francesca graduated from the University of Arizona Honors College majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship. She enjoys time with friends and family and traveling when she can!

As a Client Support Analyst, Hannah works with clients to support ongoing wealth, estate, and insurance planning needs. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, detail-oriented support to ensure a seamless planning experience. Hannah graduated from the University of Arizona, where she earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Personal and Family Financial Planning.
Will works as a Client Support and Service Coordinator, and is training to advance his knowledge and skills in the financial industry. He currently holds his Life, Health and Accident Insurance License and is studying to pass his Series 7 and 66. Will studied at Southern Methodist University and Western Governors University where he studied English and Business Administration, respectfully. Will currently lives in Dallas, where he likes to play golf, run, and spend time with friends.
